Payment information — payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. E-transfer payments do not require us to collect or store payment credentials.
This information is collected through our contact forms (Tally), booking tools (Cal.com or Setmore), and through direct communication by email or phone.
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
provide the services you have requested;
communicate with you about your project;
process payments; and
comply with our contractual and legal obligations.
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to provide our services, such as Stripe (payment processing), Tally (contact forms), Cal.com or Setmore (appointment scheduling), and other trusted service providers that help us operate our business.
How we store your information
We store information using reputable third-party service providers that help us operate our business, including Gmail, Google Drive, Tally, Stripe, Cal.com, and Setmore.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our contractual and legal obligations, and resolve any contractual matters.
The platforms we use maintain their own security practices to help protect the information stored on their systems.
