I'm Tracy. Before working in healthcare, I spent years designing products and systems in IT. Today, as a licensed acupuncturist in BC, I bring those two perspectives together to help small clinics make better operational decisions. I bring expertise in solution architecture and systems analysis—breaking down complex problems, designing what's actually needed, and turning decisions into practical systems.
Working in healthcare gave me a different perspective. I noticed something specific about solo and small clinics: the owner is also the practitioner—which doesn't leave much time or energy for the operational side. And those needs aren't simply a scaled-down version of a larger clinic. Budget, workflow, maintenance, and decision-making all operate differently at this size.
That's where Venset began.
The goal isn't to make things more sophisticated. It's to make them make sense.
I believe every decision should have a clear reason behind it. Sometimes that means recommending a simple, low-maintenance website instead of a more functional platform. Sometimes the right answer is to do less, not more.
The best solution isn't always the biggest one—it's the one that fits.
